​Description of Exhibitor Spaces at Westside Comic Con 2026
QUALIFICATIONS FOR ARTIST ALLEY
Artist Alley is a curated section of the exhibit hall floor for Independent and mainstream comic creators, webcomic artists, professional writers/illustrators, and artists of all mediums. Everything being offered for sale must be the work of the creator(s) at the table and the creator must be present at the event. AI created art is not allowed Westside Comic Con and Artists can be removed at any point, without refund, if they are selling or displaying AI created art.

STANDARD - $150
Dimensions: 10' (width) by 10' (depth). Features 10 linear feet of aisle frontage and includes one 8' x 30" table, two chairs, two exhibitor badges and wi-fi suitable for credit card transactions, only. Artist is free to remove or rearrange table/chairs as they see fit, provided they do not exceed their allotted space, or to bring their own table(s) or display racks. Entrance/exit to your artist alley space must be within the confines of your exhibitor space. PLEASE NOTE: Artist displays height cannot exceed 8' in height. COMMERCIAL 8X8 POP-UP FRAMES ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

Entrance/exit to your exhibitor space must be within the confines of your exhibitor space. PLEASE NOTE: Artist displays height cannot exceed 8' in height.
