Community Booth Application

Important Information - Please read before applying

A limited number of community booths are made available, free of charge, to important parts of our community. Additionally, a "Spotlight Charity" will be chose each year to;​

  • Comarket, driving awareness of the specific charity.

  • Fundraise during the event through auctions and other events.

  • Fundraising to be matched by 5% of the event profits.

Event Dates:

May 23th & 24th, 2026

 

Public Hours:

Full event hours: 9am-10pm
Expo Hall Hours: 9am-6pm
VIP shopping: 9-9:30am

 

Exhibitor Load-in/Setup Hours:

Friday: 1:00pm to 7:00pm;

Saturday: 7:30am to 8:45am

 

Exhibitor Load-out/Teardown Hours:

Sunday: 6:00pm to 10:00pm

Yes - 5 Amp Power Outlet - $75
Yes - I will reach out to the Vendor Coordinator to confirm my specific needs.

PLEASE NOTE: The deeply discounted rate for power above is available ONLY during the application process; if you decide at a later date to order electrical service, the rate will be $125 if ordered 14 days or more prior to event, $150 if ordered less than 14 days prior to event. All rates are per event (NOT per day).
