Community Booth Application

Important Information - Please read before applying

A limited number of community booths are made available, free of charge, to important parts of our community. Additionally, a "Spotlight Charity" will be chose each year to;​

  • Comarket, driving awareness of the specific charity.

  • Fundraise during the event through auctions and other events.

  • Fundraising to be matched by 5% of the event profits.

  • Saturday: 9:30am-10:00pm

  • Sunday: 9:30am-5:00pm

Expo Hall Hours: 9:30am-5:00pm
VIP shopping: 9:30am-10:00am

Exhibitor Load-in/Setup Hours:

Friday: 1:00pm to 9:00pm;

Saturday: 7:30am to 9:15am

Sunday: 8:30am to 9:15am

Exhibitor Load-out/Teardown Hours:

Sunday: 5:00pm to 10:00pm

Will you use the provided table & chairs or will you bring your own? *Each Booth comes with 1-8ft table, 2 chairs and 4 badges*
I will provide my own table(s) and chairs. I do not want Westside Comic Con to provide them.

Will you need extra badges? *Extra badges are available at the discounted rate of $15 per badge
We are good with the initial offer of 4 badges per space
We would like to buy more badges at the discount rate of $15 per badge
We would like to talk to the Convention Director and Programming Coordinator to negotiate Badges. As we will be providing Programming as well.
Do you need power at your booth?
No
Yes - 5 Amp Power Outlet - $75
Yes - I will reach out to the Vendor Coordinator to confirm my specific needs.

PLEASE NOTE: The deeply discounted rate for power above is available ONLY during the application process; if you decide at a later date to order electrical service, the rate will be $125 if ordered 14 days or more prior to event, $150 if ordered less than 14 days prior to event. All rates are per event (NOT per day).
