The fair market value portion of your membership ($25, the cost of a 2026 Weekend Badge) is not deductible as a charitable contribution. Please contact your tax advisor for more information.
Vile Mastermind
- Lifetime Access: Your Eternal Membership provides you with entry to Westside Comic Con for each year the convention takes place. However, this membership is valid only as long as the event exists and operates annually.
- No Refunds: In the event that Westside Comic Con ceases to operate or is discontinued, you will not be entitled to a refund for your membership, nor will any other compensation be provided.
- Non-Transferrable: This membership is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person, sold, or otherwise transferred. It is valid only for the original purchaser.
- No Guarantees of Event Continuation: As Westside Comic Con is a newly established event, there is no guarantee that any future convention will take place. Membership benefits are provided with the understanding that the event may or may not occur as planned. If Westside Comic Con ceases to exist prior to its first event, all assets will be transferred to another nonprofit organization in accordance with IRS and Oregon state requirements.
- Event Continuation and Asset Transfer: In the event that Westside Comic Con is unable to continue operations, any remaining assets will be transferred to another nonprofit, in line with the applicable IRS and Oregon state regulations. This ensures that your contribution continues to support the community in a meaningful way.
By purchasing this membership, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued if the convention ceases to exist, regardless of the reason, and that the membership cannot be transferred to another person.

If Mailing is requested, Annual Badges will be shipped 1-2 months prior to the annual convention to the address on file.
It is the member's responsibility to ensure that their mailing address is correct prior to Badge shipment.
